In short: WaterSure caps metered water bills for eligible households who receive certain benefits and have high essential water use — for example three or more children or a medical condition requiring extra water.

You must have a water meter and qualify through benefits such as Universal Credit, PIP or Pension Credit, plus high essential usage.
Your bill is capped at your company's average for your area even if usage is higher for qualifying reasons.
Water companies also offer separate social tariffs for low-income customers — apply direct.
