Terms of use
Where a link is marked *, it is a partner link — we receive commission at no extra cost to you. Links without a * earn us nothing. How we make money.
Plain-English terms for using Money Guide. Last updated 8 July 2026.
1. Who we are
Money Guide (moneyguide.org.uk) is operated by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd, registered in England & Wales (company no. 17250017), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. By using this website you agree to these terms.
2. Information, not advice
Everything on this site is general information and comparison content for UK consumers. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a personal recommendation. Money Guide is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Before acting on anything you read here, check the provider's current terms and, where appropriate, take advice from an FCA-regulated adviser or a free service such as MoneyHelper or Citizens Advice.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to keep figures current: pages carry last-reviewed dates, offers state when figures were checked, and content is fact-checked against primary sources. But rates, bonuses, eligibility rules and legislation change frequently, and we cannot guarantee that every figure is accurate or complete at the moment you read it. Always confirm details with the provider or official source before applying or making decisions.
4. Affiliate links
Links marked * are advertising links. If you click one and complete an action with a third party, we may receive commission at no extra cost to you. Commission never decides what we feature or how we order it. Full details are on our How we make money page. When you follow any link to a third-party website, your relationship — including any contract, cookies and data processing — is with that third party under its own terms.
5. Using our content
Content on this site is © the publisher and protected by copyright. You may read, print and share links freely, and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. You may not scrape, republish or commercially redistribute substantial parts of the site without written permission. The machine-readable feeds we publish (llms.txt, markdown mirrors, GEO chunks) are provided for answer-engine retrieval with attribution to their source URLs.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt it, probing for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the information on this site, from decisions you make with third-party providers, or from temporary unavailability of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for fraud.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this address. Material changes will be dated. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
