The Pensions Dashboards Programme is connecting workplace and personal pension schemes in stages through 2026. The official MoneyHelper dashboard will let you view pots in one place — but not move money.

The Pensions Dashboards Programme continues its staged rollout through 2026, with large workplace pension providers connecting first, followed by smaller schemes and legacy contracts. The official dashboard, delivered by MoneyHelper on behalf of the government, will display pension values in one view.
Dashboards are read-only: you can see pot sizes and scheme contact details but cannot transfer or withdraw money through the dashboard itself. Consolidation still requires contacting providers directly or using regulated advice where appropriate.
Tracing lost pensions remains possible through the free Pension Tracing Service on gov.uk if a pot does not appear. Beware paid 'tracing' firms that charge for information available free from the government.
Anyone over 50 with a defined contribution pension should still book a free Pension Wise appointment before making irreversible decisions about taking pension benefits. The dashboard is an information tool, not personalised advice.
