The annual ISA allowance for 2026/27 remains £20,000. You can split it across a Cash ISA, Stocks & Shares ISA, Lifetime ISA and Innovative Finance ISA in any proportion.

The Junior ISA allowance is £9,000 per child. The Lifetime ISA allowance is £4,000 and counts towards your overall £20,000 — and the government adds a 25% bonus (up to £1,000 a year).

Since April 2024 you can pay into more than one ISA of the same type in the same tax year, as long as you stay within the overall £20,000 limit.
